Work request forms are available on the campus
Intranet. Go to "GCCC Forms/Facilities Management/Facilities Management Work
Order".
HOW DO I SUBMIT A WORK REQUEST FORM?
Fill out the form online and email to Brenda
Washington. Please be
specific regarding the nature of the work requested, giving an account
number. Include a contact name in case the crew member has a question. FOR EMERGENCIES CALL
EXT. 5870.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE FIRE ALARM
SYSTEM GOES INTO FULL ALARM?
ALL FIRE ALARMS (AUDIBLE AND
VISUAL) MUST BE TREATED AS AN EVACUATION PROCEDURE. EXIT THE
BUILDING THROUGH THE NEAREST EXIT. EACH BUILDING HAS A STAFF MEMBER AND A BACK UP MEMBER
FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO THE ALL CLEAR PROCEDURE IF THE SITUATION
ARISES. DO NOT RE-ENTER THE BUILDING BEFORE THE ALL CLEAR IS
GIVEN!!!!
