POSITION TITLE: Sr. Administrative Assistant, Admissions
REPORTS TO: Coordinator, Admissions
BASIC FUNCTION: Process all athletic teams' sports eligibility for the National Junior College Athletic Association.  Process all outgoing official transcript request forms and communicate with requestors to alert them of any problems with their requests.  Process off campus registrations consisting of traveling within the three county area.  Process mail-in registrations and coordinate registration/residency activities with program coordinators (Law Enforcement, Distance Ed, Electrical Apprenticeship, Fire Science, Health Science programs).
CLASSIFICATION: 12-month, Career service, grade 10
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: HS diploma/equivalency, 3 yrs MS Office experience + customer service experience, and the ability to multi-task.
SALARY: Range starts at $9.77 per hour.
