| POSITION TITLE: | Adjunct Lab/Clinical Instructor, Surgical Tech program |
| REPORTS TO: | Coordinator, Surgical Tech Program |
| RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Sets up and coordinates lab; practicum,
skills check-off, and testing. Provides remedial training and
counseling regarding performance. Maintains lab supplies and equipment
and picks up donated supplies weekly. Makes student clinical
assignments and notifies clinical sites of assignments. Attends pre &
post-conferences for assignment and correction purposes. Makes
clinical rounds at each facility weekly. Grades clinical case studies
and daily journals. Attends meetings with clinical staff and advisory
board to address needs of program and students. Classroom and lecture
fill-in for coordinator. Assists with policy formation, program

| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: | Certified Surgical Technologist certification (CST) |
| SALARY: | $23.30/hr. |
