Central Gulf Coast Chapter of NIGP cordially invites you to attend the 2nd
Annual "Reverse" Trade Show to be held by our Chapter at the Ramada Plaza
Beach Resort, 1500 Miracle Strip Parkway, SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL
32548.
The Reverse Trade Show will feature booths representing 12+ governmental
agencies (cities, schools, colleges & counties) from Leon County to Escambia
County. In addition, booths will be manned by representatives of major
plan rooms in our areas. A special "How to do Business with a
Governmental Entity" class will be presented for interested vendors who

WELCOME!
You have reached the Home Page for the Purchasing
Department at Gulf Coast Community College. Our website is intended
to help you and other representatives who have never done business with
the College and may help answer some questions in the minds of our current
suppliers. Browse through our pages and get to know us and what we
do.
WHAT WE DO -
The Purchasing Department is responsible for the
procurement of goods and services for GCCC. Goods and services maybe
procured through quotes (verbal or written), Invitation to Bid, Request
for Quotation/ Proposal. Purchases are made with a valid signed
purchase order.
All purchasing is handled through the Office of the
Coordinator of Purchasing, GCCC. The business hours of the
Purchasing Department are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
You or your representative should stop by the Purchasing Department prior
to talking with other College personnel regardless of the product.
We encourage you to visit our office since we need to know about
your product and/or service, and also to direct you to the proper College
department.
