Submit documentation of circumstances that caused the
ineligibility of your financial aid. Documentation can be a personal
letter with physician documentation, two notarized letters from friends or
relatives detailing circumstances. If you have questions about documentation

Please allow a minimum of five days for processing. You will
be notified by mail if further documentation is necessary. You will also be
notified by mail of the determination. INCOMPLETE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE
CONSIDERED.
